Boulevard Brewing is located in Kansas City, MO			And the head brewer, Steven Pauwels is from Belgium. First we see the brew system...			and then the bottling line. Many of the bottled beers are 'bottled conditioned'.			This is the new kegging line. Draft beer is about 60% of total volume.
	The centrufuge on the left and the filters in the center ...			are located in the same area as the bright tanks.			Finally we see the storage tanks before...			a final stop in the tasting room where a Belgian Dubble (not for sale) was on tap.
