After a long night at the BBB gathering, Jeremy arrives to meet us for the tour.			As this is a 'woking museum, the 'mash' kettles are old...			as are the brewing kettles.			The open fermenters are protected from the spring flies by the spiders (not shown).
	The storage barrels are marked with the dates, necessary for later blending of the lambics which age well...			as Pierre, Jon and I find when we enjoy a '87 Vigneronne and Kriek later that evening.
