Drving through a walled town makes finding the brewery difficult...			but, as luck would have it, we stumble onto La Binchoise...			where we accompany the brewer Andre and his wife Françoise to the tasting room...			a former grain processing facility.
	With complementary glasses and special Nöel beer in hand...			we cross the street to visit the wall and learn how they protected the beers.
